Which photos should I upload?
4–10 recent photos of just you (6 or more gives the best likeness), taken on different days with your face clearly visible. Daylight is best; photos taken by a friend or with your phone's 2× lens beat arm's-length selfies. Skip sunglasses, hats, group shots and heavy filters. We check each photo as you upload.
Can I see a result before I pay?
Yes. After you upload 4 photos and leave your email, we make 4 looks of you for free (small, with a watermark). Keep the one you like for $7 in 4K, or get the full set; the $7 counts toward it. If you don't like them, you pay nothing.
Can I use the photos anywhere?
Yes. Every plan includes a commercial licence: LinkedIn, resumes, company websites, email signatures, speaker bios, print.
Are my photos private?
Yes. Your photos are stored privately, used only to make your headshots, never sold, and deleted automatically after 7 days. You can delete everything sooner with one tap. We only ever show photos on our site if you choose to share them.
Does it really take 15 minutes?
Usually, yes. Basic is typically ready in about 15 minutes, Premium faster, Starter within about 30. We email you the moment they're done, so you can close the page.
What's an edit credit?
An edit is a new background, outfit, crop or 4K upscale of one headshot. One edit, one credit; your original stays. Every plan includes some, and you can buy more anytime.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. If there isn't one headshot you'd use, reply to your delivery email or write to support@proudlook.com within 7 days for a full refund, even after you've downloaded them. No questions asked.
