Questions
What does each person get?
Standard: 54 headshots in 4K, 9 styles and 3 edits (new background, outfit, crop). Plus (+$8 a person): 96 headshots, 16 styles and 5 edits. Both with a commercial licence, usually ready within the hour.
How do the headshots match?
Lock a team style on your team page: up to 3 outfits and one background from our library, or a plain backdrop in your brand colour. Everyone who starts after that gets the team style and skips the style step.
What do I see as the buyer?
Who you invited, each member's first name and email as they typed them, whether their headshots are ready, and the headshots they mark as favorites. You never see the photos they upload.
Can we try it before rolling it out?
Yes: request a free one-seat test team above and try it on yourself. When you're ready, add seats on the same team page and invite everyone; the link stays the same.
Invoices, bank transfer, more than 250 people?
Card payments get a Stripe receipt and invoice with your business name. Need to pay later? Choose “Pay by invoice” under the buy button: Stripe emails an invoice due in 14 days, and your team link arrives when it's paid. Get a printable quote for approval, or use “Talk to us” for purchase orders and bigger teams.
What if my team doesn't like the results?
Team orders have the same 7-day money-back guarantee as single orders: email us within 7 days of the first headshots on your team link and we refund the full team order. Or start with the free test seat and see the result on yourself first.
How long are photos kept?
Like every order: uploads and headshots are deleted 7 days after delivery, so download your team's favorites within that week. We never use them to train AI.
