If you're not happy with your headshots for any reason, email support@proudlook.com within 7 days of receiving them and we'll refund the full $49. You don't have to explain why, and there's no form to fill out. Please send it from the email address you used to order.

If something goes wrong on our side

If we can't deliver your headshots, for example because of a technical failure we can't fix, we'll refund you in full without you needing to ask.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. We usually process them within one business day; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. We'll email you when it's done.

When we may not refund

• Requests made more than 7 days after your headshots were delivered.
• Orders cancelled because they broke our Terms of Service, for example photos of another person or of a minor.
• Repeated refund requests that suggest abuse of the guarantee.

Your photos after a refund

Refunding doesn't change our privacy promise: your photos, AI model and headshots are still deleted 7 days after delivery, or right away if you ask.
