Questions
Can I see a result before I pay?
Yes. After you upload your photos and pick your styles, we make one headshot of you for free (small, with a watermark) before you choose a plan. If you like it, your plan makes the full set in 4K without the watermark. If not, you pay nothing.
Will I look younger, or like someone else?
No. We keep your face, your skin and your age exactly as they are. We change the light, the clothes and the background, like a good photographer would. You, on a good day.
Can I use photos from my phone?
Yes, that's all you need. Use real photos of you, not pictures made by other apps or screenshots. Daylight by a window is best. Reading glasses are fine.
What can I use the portraits for?
Anything: your Facebook profile, the family chat, a frame on the wall, a church or club directory, the back of your book. Every file is 4K and prints sharply.
What if I don't like them?
Then you don't pay: the first portrait is free. If you order and there isn't one portrait you love, write to support@proudlook.com within 7 days for a full refund, even after you download. No questions.
