Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Digiloop Ventures LLC ("we", "us"), which runs Proud Look. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. Please read them; they're written to be short and plain.

1. What we provide

You upload 5–8 photos of yourself. We use artificial intelligence (AI) to learn your appearance from those photos and create new, professional-style photos of you ("headshots"). One order costs $49 and includes 80 headshots, usually ready in about 15 minutes. Delivery time is an estimate, not a guarantee.

2. Who can use the service

• You must be 18 or older. The service is not for minors, and you may not upload photos of anyone under 18. We delete any order we believe involves a minor and refund it.
• You may upload photos only of yourself.
• You must give accurate information and keep access to your email account secure, because we sign you in by email link.

3. Your photos and your consent

Before uploading you confirm: "These are photos of me and I consent to AI processing." By checking that box you confirm the photos are of you, that you have the right to use them, and that you consent to us and our service providers processing them, including creating a model of your facial appearance, solely to produce your headshots. 4. Who owns the headshots

You keep all rights you have in the photos you upload. Subject to these terms and payment, we assign to you any rights we have in your headshots, and you may use them for any lawful purpose, including LinkedIn, resumes, websites and print. We don't use your photos or headshots for marketing, to train AI models for anyone else, or for any purpose other than delivering your order, unless you give separate written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload photos of another person, a minor, or anyone who hasn't agreed;
• upload nude, sexual, violent or unlawful content;
• use headshots to impersonate someone, deceive, or commit fraud;
• attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may refuse or cancel orders that break these rules. If we cancel for this reason, we may not refund the order.

6. Results

AI-generated photos can vary. Some may not look exactly like you, or may contain flaws. Results depend heavily on the photos you upload. That's why we offer our money-back guarantee. A refund is your remedy if you're not satisfied.

7. Payment and refunds

Prices are in US dollars and charged once through our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

8. Deletion

We delete your uploaded photos, the AI model made from them, and your headshots 7 days after your headshots are ready, or sooner if you use "Delete everything now". Download anything you want to keep before then; we can't recover deleted files.

9. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be limited.

10. Changes and ending

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and changes don't affect orders already placed. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing us.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, except where your local consumer law says otherwise. [Lawyer: confirm venue, dispute-resolution and any arbitration clause.]
