Questions
How do I order a print?
Make your portrait first: send 4 everyday photos and see 4 free looks. Keep the one you love for $7 (or get a full set), and order the print right under it. You can also order a print from any photo in your gallery.
Does the canvas come ready to hang?
The canvas is hand-stretched on a 1.5" wooden frame and hangs on a single nail or picture hook. Hanging hardware isn't included, so have a nail or hook handy.
What if it arrives damaged?
Reply to our email with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a new one at no cost. The same if it's misprinted or never arrives.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes: tick "This is a gift", write your message and put their address at checkout. Your message is printed on a card in the box, and there are no prices inside.
Where do you ship, and how fast?
Printed by a professional lab close to you and shipped to your door. Most prints arrive within 1–2 weeks; the exact dates show when you order. Tracking comes by email.
Will the print look as sharp as the photo?
Every print is made from the 4K file, enlarged once more for the bigger sizes, so even a 16×20" stays sharp up close.
