How Proud Look handles your team's photos and data, and the documents your company may need before buying.
Photos and consent
- Each person uploads their own selfies and gives their own consent. The company never sees anyone's uploads.
- The buyer, and colleagues they add as team managers, see each person's first name, email, progress and the headshots that person marks as favorites.
- Uploads and headshots are deleted automatically 7 days after delivery, and are never used to train AI models.
- Photos are stored privately and shared only through links that expire.
Access control
- Optional: only work emails from your company's domain can use the team link.
- Sign-in by one-time email link, no passwords to leak.
- Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored with our providers' encryption at rest.
Who helps us (subprocessors)
- Supabase: sign-in, database and private file storage
- fal.ai: runs the image AI models that create the headshots
- Modal: face-matching service
- Vercel: website hosting
- Stripe: payments and invoices (we never see card numbers)
- Resend: transactional email

- Data processing agreement (DPA)
- W-9 (US tax form)
- Security questionnaire (we fill in yours)
- Quote or invoice with 14 days to pay
