Passport photo rejected?
You can make a new photo for free, up to 90 days after your order.
Updated
- Step 1: Open your download page: tap Open my download page in the email “Your passport photo is ready”.
- Step 2: In the box Rejected, or want a better shot?, tap Make a free new photo.
- Step 3: Take or upload a new photo, then tap Make my new photo (free). The new files replace the old ones on the same download page.
Good to know
- For the new photo: face the camera straight on, plain light background, even light, no glasses, neutral expression.
- The full rules for a rejected photo, including your money back (notice within 90 days, $8.99), are on the passport photo page.
- We can't promise acceptance: a government officer makes the final decision.
