Download your photos
Your photos wait for you in your private gallery. Save the ones you like within 7 days: after that we delete them to protect your privacy.
Updated
- Step 1: Open our email that says your headshots are ready and tap See all my headshots. Your gallery opens. You don't need a password.
- Step 2: On a phone: tap the big button at the bottom that starts with Save. On an iPhone, then tap Save Images and they go to your Photos app. On Android, they go to your Gallery app, in the Download album. That button saves up to 20 photos; to get all of them, use the .zip link under it on a computer.
- Step 3: On a computer: click Download at the bottom. You get one .zip file; double-click it to see your photos. To get every photo, use or download all just under the button.
- Step 4: Want just one photo? Tap it, then tap Save to my phone (on a computer, Download).
Good to know
- Lost the email, or the link stopped working? Go to Sign in, type the email address you paid with and tap Email me a sign-in link. The new link works for 24 hours.
- Every photo is already in 4K, large enough to print.
- We delete your photos 7 days after delivery. If you haven't downloaded any, we email you a reminder 2 days before.
- Want everything in one go? On your account page, tap Download everything.
