Delete your photos and data
We delete your photos automatically 7 days after delivery. You can also delete them yourself, right away.
Updated
- Step 1: Save any photos you want to keep first. Deleting can't be undone.
- Step 2: Sign in and go to My headshots. Tap Privacy & account.
- Step 3: Tap Delete everything now, type DELETE in the box, and confirm with Delete everything. The photos from all your orders are deleted at once.
Good to know
- To delete just one order, open its gallery, scroll to the bottom, tap Delete everything now and then Yes, delete everything.
- You can't delete while your photos are still being made. Wait until they're ready.
- To close your account as well (your email address and any credits left), email support@proudlook.com.
