Get a receipt or invoice
Your receipt is emailed to you as soon as you pay. Here is where to find it, and how to get a copy.
Updated
- Step 1: Look in your email for a receipt from Stripe, the company that handles our card payments. It goes to the email address you used to pay, right after you pay.
- Step 2: Can't find it? Look in your spam or promotions folder, and search your email for “receipt” or “Proud Look”.
- Step 3: Still nothing? Email support@proudlook.com from the address you ordered with, and we'll send you a copy.
Good to know
- On your card statement, the charge shows as PROUDLOOK.
- Bought headshots for a team? Open your team page, tap Settings and invoices, then Invoices and documents. Each order has an Invoice and receipt link.
